Feeling ashamed of how we look has become normal. Hardly any of us think we make the beauty grade. We might even think there is something odd with someone who is perfectly happy with how they look

There is something good in this world we all born with 'body shape', but people are more interested in its step-sister 'body shame', which is an unwanted smudge society has kept. 

There is a benchmark set for all of us for how we have to dress, look, our sizes, and adding to it if we aren't able to keep up to it, we are judged.

Buddhism accentuates that beauty is formless; it is our intrinsic worth that makes us more alluring.

Being amusing, an amazing soul and a liberal person is far more essential than looking attractive and good-looking

We often think of body shaming as only happening to people like Megan, but the truth is, nobody is immune from harmful words about their appearance.

Praise the way God has crafted you as in the heart of hearts you feel comfortable that way, there is nothing wrong with your curves, your skin tone, or your size, It’s your possession. Body appreciation is a bomb that makes you explode on the smudge that society has created.
